About Ashley

I believe that we are all seeking wholeness. With that in mind, I approach therapy as an authentic relationship that can be a powerful force for discovery, repair and change.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. Over the years, I have received extensive training in trauma and eating disorders. Along the way, I also studied mother-infant attachment, in order to understand how our early beginnings impact our adult relationships. I deeply value the psyche-soma connection and the interconnectivity of mind and body. Currently, I am training to be a Jungian Psychoanalyst through the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts. I enjoy integrating dreams, creativity, and the body in my practice.

We cannot think our way out of suffering, but we can feel, express and create our way through it.
— Clarissa Pinkola Estes

I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state of New York as an LCSW-R under license number R084725.
